C-Cell Mono system

How Does C-Cell Mono Work?

C-Cell takes a digital image of the sample you wish to analyse. You simply place the sample in the instrument’s built-in drawer.

From the image the instrument then takes, it will provide detailed analysis, using various parameters that it displays onscreen.

This information C-Cell includes analysis of:

  • Softness of the sample

  • Sample dimensions, including overall area, width, and also optimum packaging dimensions, if required

  • The sample’s shape and visual appearance

  • Crumb cell elongation measurements, which provide a visual guide to axis of elongation and level of curvature of the internal crumb structure, and provide the degree of circulation

  • Cell size, for measuring the number of holes, cell wall thicknesses, cell areas and volumes.
