Ben & Steve have landed back on UK soil after their travels to the bright lights of Las Vegas at IBIE! 

The show was a success with a huge turn out from across the baking industry. C-Cell was showcasing its latest technology on objective analysis including our bread score module which helps bakery and production lines put objective data and numbers (scores) to product quality.

During the show we spoke to a wide variety of bakers who were looking to introduce enzymes into their recipes to improve end product quality.  Objective analysis provided by C-Cell can quantify important features when developing and introducing new improver formulations.
